Terms of service
Last updated: 1 May 2026. The contract between you and IHA Telephony Pvt Ltd / The Telephony USA Inc. for use of the Vora platform.
Acceptance
By creating an account or using the API you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.
Service description
Vora provides a voice agent platform. Uptime targets are tier-dependent; see the SLA appendix in your order form.
Acceptable use
No spam, no illegal robocalls, no impersonation, no harassment, no anything that would get a human agent fired.
Fees & billing
Usage-based. Invoiced monthly in arrears. Net 15. Late fees 1.5% per month.
Termination
Either party may terminate for convenience with 30 days' notice. We'll export your data on request.
Liability
Capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months. Standard carve-outs for IP and confidentiality.
Governing law
India accounts: Karnataka, India. US accounts: Delaware, USA. EU accounts: Ireland.
