Privacy policy
Last updated: 1 May 2026. The plain-English version: we process the call data you send us, in the region you pick, and we don't sell anything to anyone.
What we collect
Call audio, transcripts, metadata (caller ID, duration, disposition), and account info you give us.
Why we collect it
To run the service, generate transcripts, score quality, and improve our models — only on data you've opted in to share.
Where it lives
In the region you select at account creation: India, EU, US or Singapore. It does not move without your written consent.
Who we share it with
Sub-processors listed at hellovora.ai/subprocessors (carriers, model providers, hosting). Nobody else.
Your rights
Access, export, delete — self-serve in the dashboard or via privacy@hellovora.ai. We respond within 30 days.
Retention
Default 90 days for recordings and transcripts. Configurable per workspace down to 7 days or up to 7 years.
