Subject matter
Processing of personal data contained in voice calls and associated metadata to provide the Vora service.
Sub-processors
Listed at hellovora.ai/subprocessors with 30 days' advance notice for changes. Right to object included.
International transfers
Standard Contractual Clauses (2021 EU set) and India SCCs. Transfer Impact Assessments on request.
Security measures
Annex II describes encryption, access control, pseudonymization, incident response and BCP/DR.
Audit rights
Annual SOC 2 Type II report sufficient. Customer audit on 60 days' notice, max once per year.
