Question 1

Which businesses is this for?

Accepted Answer

Hotels, Airbnbs and homestays, cafes, restaurants, clubs and bars, spas, salons and event venues: any business where callers book a table, a room or an appointment.

Question 2

Can guests change or cancel a booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Meera finds the booking from the caller's number, makes the change or cancels it, and repeats it back.

Question 3

What happens with a large group or a private event?

Accepted Answer

Meera takes the details and hands the call to your team with a summary, so your manager can plan it with the guest.

Question 4

Does it recognise repeat guests?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The phone number is the contact, so Meera knows earlier bookings and can ask: “Same table as last time?”
